As an experienced runner and certified Pilates instructor, I help my clients become stronger, healthier, and take control of their bodies. My Pilates for Runners and Pilates Mat classes focus on form and anatomy and are designed for all levels and abilities. I tailor my private lessons to meet my clients’ fitness and wellness goals and I encourage them to succeed! Pilates for Runners classes are offered at our Oakley studio with early morning and evening times that fit your schedule! Classes are designed to accommodate both beginners and Pilates veterans. The basics of proper form and anatomy are taught during every class and exercises are modify for beginning, intermediate and advanced students.
Pilates Mat classes, new to our Oakley studio, are designed for everyone - non-runners, beginners, Pilates veterans - anyone who wants to improve their core strength and build a stronger, more flexible body! Modifications are made for beginners and intermediate students, so no matter what your fitness level, you'll experience a challenging workout that will leave you feeling energized!
